Double bedroom in 2bed flat in Blackfriars

Hi there,
My flatmate has to leave his amazing room and I am looking for a girl in her thirties to replace him and share this very central newly refurbished and fully furnished 2-bedroom flat in Blackfriars.
The flat has two bedrooms, one big living room, one separate kitchen, one bathroom and it is very bright.
The room comes fully furnished, with bed, wardrobe, bedside table.
The flat is conveniently located 2min away from Southwark station and 5 min to Blackfriars. 10mim walk to London Bridge or Southbank or St Paul’s. Tesco, Waitrose or Sainsbury’s very close, restaurants, pubs, gyms etc also very close. Next to the riverside that gives an amazing vibe and as it is mostly an office area is quite at night and weekends.

I am a professional woman in my thirties, post-doc working on cancer research, very friendly, sociable, respectful and clean and I would like to share the flat with someone who would fit into the dynamic of this quiete flat.
