The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms with ample storage space; large living room; refurbished bathroom with bath and integrated shower and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with all amenities.

The apartment has wooden and natural stone floors throughout along with very high ceilings and large windows commensurate with a Georgian property. Inside is furnished in a light and contemporary style and additionally there is secondary glazing. Views of the London Eye from the balcony (slightly obscured by the new Shell development!).

The apartment is a 3 minute walk from both Waterloo station and the Southbank / River Thames. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the West End / Covent Garden and a 20 minute walk to Bank & the City.

Excellent transport links with Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee and Waterloo & City Line (The Drain) only a few minutes away. Along with numerous bus routes, some of which are literally on the doorstep.
