Large room in bright nice flat, 1min from station!

Hi,

I'm looking for a new roomate from end of July/early August, young professional, good vibes, tidy & respectful :)

It's a very nice 2 bed flat, with large rooms, bigger than the average in central London, a big kitchen, a decent sized living room with a nice balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and seperate toilets.

It has many plus:
- 1min to Southwark station, 5' to Waterloo, 15' to London Bridge
- in front of bus 63 going to St Pancras
- 15 min walk to Borough Market
- lots of cool pubs & restaurants nearby
- Tesco, Sainsbury's & Waitrose within 5min
- lots of gyms nearby
- 5 min walk from the Thams, really nice to have lunch there if you're working from home
- really bright, sunrise in the bedrooms and living room, sunset in the kitchen
- calm neighbours
- the balcony is really a big plus
- view on Nelson square & the shard
- landlord reacting really quickly when something needs fixing
- space for desks in the living room if you're still working from home

In terms of mood, I'm looking for a chill person who likes having its own space but also likes socialising from time to time around a meal, drinks, movie nights, sport, etc. Keeping the flat tidy & clean and respecting sleep at night is key - nothing excessive just basics of a flatshare :)

I'm French, I've been working in London for the last two years in the food & beverages industry. I love bouldering, travelling, photography, hiking, music, salsa and movies. Additionally to French I speak Spanish & English.

The rent has been renegociated recently so the room is really a bargain given the flat and localisation: £850 + £115 charges (council tax, water & electricity, internet fibre)
