MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY - ZONE 1 - I have a double room in my clean, two bedroomed, smart, executive ground floor apartment which is only for a Mon-Fri let. SINGLE OCCUPANCY

Just a one minute walk from Southwark tube station, 7 mins from Waterloo, in a quiet location over looking private gardens to the rear.

This is a very convenient location within a few paces of The Cut and a whole range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets. I walk into the City in less than 20 mins from here, and the South Bank is just five mins stroll.

Would particularly suit an international business person who needs a base whilst working in London. Bed linen and towel can be provided if needed.

I run my own consultancy business so work from home occasionally. I'm often out in the evenings or working late, but when I'm in, I usually work or I like to cook.

The room is for single occupancy, Monday to Friday only and would suit someone who is professional, organised, clean and tidy, a non-smoker and who will respect the accommodation.

I'm flexible on the moving in date to some degree.
