Large Double w/Separate Bathroom in South Ealing

Hello! We have a great double bedroom with its own bathroom in a quiet area of South Ealing, just minutes' walk away from the tube.

The room comes unfurnished, but all furniture needed is available to buy from the outgoing housemate. All bills come to approx. £106 per month, with a couple of others paid annually (e. g. TV license). There will be 11 months remaining on the contract.

We live in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and living room, a nice garden, and permit parking is available with plenty of space.

We are all working professionals (some working from home with plenty of space) and a super sociable and friendly bunch (the ‘interests’ part of this ad reflects all of us!)

We are looking for another professional of a similar age who is clean and tidy, sociable but also likes their own space.
