Beautiful double room in W5

Double bedroom available in a bright and modern 3-bedroom house. The house is located a 10 minute walk to South Ealing/Northfields station (Piccadilly line) and a 7 minute walk to Brentford station (Overground to Waterloo). The house itself is clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. It includes a modern bathroom (shower and bath) and open plan kitchen with an adjacent living room opening to a beautiful, green garden.

You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals. We are often quite busy during the week but enjoy doing yoga, going for a run, visiting art galleries and cooking at weekends.

Our current flatmate is moving to Berlin (lucky girl). We are looking for someone that is clean, tidy, considerate and down to chill out during the week nights but also keen to grab a pint/ glass of wine at the local once in a while.

The room is available from 10th October but we are flexible with the move in date. The monthly rent doesn't include the council tax and utility bills.
