I am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely flat from 1 Jan 2025 as I am moving out of the city.

It's a large double room in a clean flat located in South Ealing. The room comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, side table with drawers, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe with full length mirror.

The flat is a 5min walk to South Ealing tube station which is on the Piccadilly line (handy for getting to/from Heathrow airport). Ealing Broadway is a short bus ride up the road and has the Elizabeth line 💘, Central line, and District line.

If you're a fellow nature lover, we're a 5-10min walk to Gunnersbury park, and a short bus ride down the road will get you to Kew Gardens. 🌳

--- The flatmates 🥰 ---
Ben and Julia, and Darren, are your easygoing and sociable trio of kiwis who've all lived in London for 5+ years so have a wide circle of friends and always keen to explore various events from gigs to festivals and travel around the UK and Europe. They're all in their early 30's, and while it's not a party flat, they do enjoy a flat trip to the local pub conveniently located a few doors down.
