We're looking for one person or a couple to share a two bedroom house with us.

The house is spread across two floors with a large living room, separate kitchen, guest toilet, and a garden on the ground floor and two bedrooms, and bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. The house is fully furnished including all necessary amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc) and comes with plenty of storage space. We have a beautiful garden with a cherry tree, picnic table, and BBQ. The house is nice, clean and well maintained, with plenty of natural light.

The location is great, a beautiful area between Victoria Park and Broadway Market, with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and two large parks just around the corner. The house is in a quiet cul de sac.

The available room is a small double bedroom with an inbuilt wardrobe and plenty of additional storage space. You would take over the lease from our friends who are moving abroad.

We are a couple in our mid 30s both working in the arts and the creative industry, one being an animator and the other working as a producer in art and cultural projects. We're friendly, easy going, and very sociable and we like going out to gigs and events, hanging out with friends, and having the occasional guests for dinner and drinks in the house/garden. When we are at home we like to socialise with our flatmates, watch the occasional film together and share a dinner every now and then. We've also got plenty of board games in the house! We do also respect other people's privacy and we understand that everyone has a busy life and sometimes one just wants to hide in their room :)

We are looking for like minded creative people who are friendly and sociable and would treat the house like a home.

We are available for viewings in the evening after 7pm Mon-Fri and day time on Saturday/Sunday. Please send an email or a text if contacting during the day, we might not be able to answer the phone at all time.
