We are looking for a couple (or boujee single) to replace us as tenants in our beautiful big home in Hackney South/Homerton. Situated between Well Street Common and Victoria Park and right in the heart of Victoria Park Village. The location is unbeatable!
The room available is very spacious and sits at the top of the house. There are two bathrooms (one with a large bath), loungeroom, huge dining area, kitchen (with dishwasher) and laundry room (with washer and dryer), a nice garden which opens onto the common and a basement for your storage needs.
You would be living with 4 wonderful flatmates, all 30 something professionals who work in PR, Architecture, Design and Heritage Consultancy. Everybody enjoys a drink together at the pub, an occasional meal and general hangs however are respectful of eachother's space.
Our room comes with a bed, set of drawers, some moveable racks and an armchair. Plenty of room for a desk and more for those needing a nice WFH situation. The house has a lot of natural light and in particular our room.
The room will be available from middle of December unconfirmed but we can work around your needs if possible with a later date.
Message us about you and any questions!
