Large, furnished double room to let Monday to Friday only.

My lovely 2-bed terrace house has a west-facing garden, a large galley kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom with natural light and windows. It is a Victorian house with high ceilings and many original details, with a useable fireplace downstairs. There is also a sweet-natured cat in residence :).

The spacious master bedroom to let is street-facing (East) with two large double-glazed windows (wooden blinds), and furnished with a king-size bed (with all linen as required), a lovely old desk, chairs, recess shelving and 2 wardrobes.

There is excellent wireless broadband reception throughout the house, and a TV/PVR is supplied in the room itself.

The rent includes all bill.

The nearest station is Homerton Overground (Zone 2), which is 5 minutes' walk away, linking to the Victoria Line (west) or Stratford (east) in 7-8 minutes.

Buses run from around the corner directly into Liverpool Street, the City and the West End, and also go directly to Waterloo, Kings Cross, and Stratford East mainline stations.

Since the Olympics, parking permits are now required to park nearby the house, however there are always plenty of spaces available.

Beautiful Victoria Park, supermarkets, bars, pubs, cafés, good restaurants, comedy venues, London Fields (with its Olympic-sized lido!), playing fields, the Lea Valley, the Regents Canal, the Hackney Empire Theatre and the Picturehouse cinema are all between 5-20 minutes walk away, with a few very useful and well-stocked local shops just across the road.

Artists' studios and the Olympic Park are also located within a few minutes walking distance from the house.

I'm looking for a tidy person around the kitchen, bathroom and shared areas please. Definitely no couples and no smokers.
