Freelance journalist seeks friendly person of whatever age/ gender/ race/ orientation for flexible let to share her 3 bed house with garden and private parking between Victoria Park and London Fields.
The house is a spacious, well-maintained, modern, 3 bedroom Mews House, with large garden, on a very quiet private road. Two rooms will be available for the one sharer in these Covid times as they will have exclusive use of work from home/ study room upstairs, a double bedroom and a sole use family bathroom. Its my property and everything here is set up for you to slide right into.
The house is offered on a monthly renewing basis which in this uncertain time will appeal to someone who wants flexibility. I plan to spend significant time out of the house with family Nov-Feb.

You?
You will need to be a trustworthy person (and to prove this with references). If you are currently working from home and need office space we can rearrange upstairs so you have a separate room in the daytime. Internet is included. You will be responsible for a share of water and electricity/ gas. Double bonus points for anyone who has already had Covid, but either way you will want to live in a careful household. You should also like dogs, because we have one!

The House
Downstairs is a large sitting room with two sofas and a separate well equipped kitchen diner with table and chairs, two Bosch double ovens and hob, frost-free fridge freezer, dishwasher, double sink, washing machine, coffee machine etc.
Outside is a large sunny paved garden.
Ordinarily its a great house for dinner parties etc, although we will need to limit guests for safety reasons. Guests in the garden are fine.
The house is on a very quiet private road set back from Victoria Park Road with little road noise. Bikes can be left on the racks at the end of the road, or in the secure back garden/ garage..

The Area
Nearest tube: Bethnal Green (0.7miles), nearest overground: Cambridge Heath/ London Fields (0.3 miles).
This is one of the best areas in London. Perfect for a commute to the City (tube, bus, cycle or walk), but you can also be in the West End (via the Central Line) or Canary Wharf (via Hoxton overground) in just half an hour; Old Street and Islington/ Kings Cross are also an easy cycle along the Regents Canal. We are within 5 minutes of Victoria Park, one of Londons best parks and a great location for runners, and about 7 minutes away from the heated Olympic lido at the top of London Fields. The London Fields/ Broadway market area has plenty of restaurants and bars and Shoreditch/ Brick Lane are within a walk home if you are in the market for a big night out. The nearest shop are the Sainsburys local on Cambridge Heath road which is open late and the shops on Broadway Market.
