The flat is shared with only one other person and is exceptionally spacious, bright and quiet, with high ceilings and a big kitchen with washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The room for rent is really big (3.80m x 5.40m). It gets a lot of light, and has a wall of built-in wardrobes. It overlooks a private garden, so it's very quiet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, as needed. It can easily fit a desk and a small sofa in addition to a double bed. It has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

You'll be sharing with a friendly professional female who has her own en suite. I'm tidy, friendly and considerate and have a generally busy schedule with some travel. My current flatmate is moving in with his boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to take over his room.

Bills are about £150/month. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month. Deposit is five weeks' rent.

It is a truly lovely flat close to several transport links, incl. Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, Overground and Thameslink. Walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. Very close to a big Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury and the cafes and restaurants of West Hampstead.
