Hello!

Two of the flat are moving on to new places so I am looking for new flatmates to continue this chilled and clean flat in South Hampstead.

I'm Ali, I'm an architect, I cycle, cook, enjoy HIIT and all the fun stuff London has to offer. I'm looking to continue the sociable atmosphere as a home rather than just a house, to live with like minded people who are up for spending an evening together but, equally who also have their own lives here in London.

There is a shared living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted out and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is fitted out to a high spec and is unfurnished. I have a sofa and dining table so if you have furniture to bring that works out great.

The contract is 6 months rolling. The start date is the 6th September. Although six months the landlord is looking for longer term tenants.

Bills are not included and average roughly £150 per month.

The flat is in a great spot to go running around Regents Park and Hampstead Heath so lots of green space nearby. Lidl, Sainsburys and Waitrose are all a 10/15 min walk away. Take your pick!

The flat is well connected with the Jubilee and Bakerloo lines just a 10 min walk away. Two over ground stations are also 5/10 min walk and there are good bus connections.

The smaller double bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and space for a desk and the larger ensuite has a run of mid height built in storage along one wall.
