Our second spare room is going to be available pretty soon in our amazing two bedroom flat in South Hampstead.

It is a marvellous double bedroom on a hidden gem house surrounded by trees in a quiet neighbourhood. It sits between Kilburn, West Hampstead and Finchley Rd, so it is just 10 minutes walk to all underground stations which provides an easy quick access to the city centre and all around London. Supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco & Sainsbury's) & off license shops, are all nearby.

The top flat is spacious and bright with amazing views. It comes with modern furniture, wooden floors, a large full fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, large dishwasher and washing machine) and high-ceiling living and dining space.

The room itself is quite big with a inbuilt wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. You can enjoy WFH as it has its own 2-tiered desk and an mazing garden view.

We really love and take care of this lovely space so we are expecting someone as respectful. Ideally we would be looking for someone who would like a place for a couple of months.

We are going to be away for business in the next couple of months. Only one of us is going to be back during the the end of the 2nd month, so you will be able to have the flat for yourselves. My flatmate spends quite sometime working, though very tidy and respectful. He always indulges me with his amazing cooking and he is a great company for film nights or interesting chats
