Lovely Double Room in South Hampstead

I'm moving out of the country which means the largest room in our awesome apartment is available to rent. The current contract that you would be taking over is until April 2025. At which point both girls are happy to renew and you will be able to. But if you're not for any reason you can terminate then.

Location-wise, it couldn't be easier to get around, the flat is right in-between Swiss Cottage and South Hampstead station. (2 minutes to SH and 5 minutes to SC). South Hampstead is one stop away from Euston on the Overground and Swiss Cottage is 3 stops away from Bond Street with easy access to London Bridge and Waterloo.

We are also a short walk away from Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and Camden.

The flat itself is really spacious with loads of storage, including a coat and shoe cupboard two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a balcony!

Bills are not included but only come to around £100-150 each a month on top.

The flat comes with two really lovely girls Liv (25) & Ania (24), the first is perpetually going to gigs and the second is really into bachata. We have movie nights from time to time but all really like our personal space also. So whether you're super sociable or a bit of an introvert, you're more than welcome.

We share a lot of stuff (not enforced though) i. e. pots, pans, air-fryer, etc. So don't worry about brining these if you don't have them, but if you do, there's still enough space for you to keep your stuff.

Honestly I've loved living in this area and the only reason i'm giving up this room is because I got a job elsewhere.
