There is a comfy and tranquil single room in a flat in Chelsea, available for a single female from the beginning of January (the date of moving is negotiable). The room has a single bed, a large desk with a computer chair, a wardrobe, and two chests of drawers. You will be sharing with two others, the landlady and a young professional, and one adorable British Shorthair.

The flat is ideally located if you work or study in central or South (West) London. It takes about:

20 minutes walk from South Kensington/Gloucester Road Station (Circle, District and Piccadilly lines),
20-30 minutes to Victoria by bus/tube (Circle, District, Victoria lines)
35 minutes to Westminster (Circle, District, Jubilee lines)
40 minutes to Euston/King's Cross St Pancras (Circle, Hammersmith, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria lines, and National Rail).

The kitchen is shared and is equipped with a cooker (4 hobs), an oven, a microwave, all the utensils and more. There is one shared bathroom with a bath and shower combined, and another toilet separately on the side. Please note there is no washing machine. There is a laundrette nearby, conveniently located close to the supermarket and many shops and restaurants minutes away, situated along King’s Road.

The rent will be £165 pw including utility bills, council tax, and wifi.
