Hello potential housemate,

Firstly, my name is Jon and I am a current (lead) tenant in a shared 3 bedroom house, Living with my girlfriend and two other friends.

Unfortunately one of the guys is leaving us after buying a house in Oxford, so we are now looking for two new tenant to take his large double room.

Myself and my girlfiend have lived together here for over a year myself living here for almost 2 years now! Arantxa (Spanish) and myself (English) are both working professionals. Nicholas, who is in the smaller room is a half English / Spanish working professional.

We all tend to be quite busy alot of the time but when we are around, we like to socialise with our house and are generally very easy to get along with. The house itself is very nice with a shared kitchen and lounge area, two toilets and a bathroom/shower. We also have a BIG garden with pub bench and BBQ included which we like to use as much as the weather permits and for the location is a rarity! To sum up the above, this a good opportunity to live very close to central (5 mins to Vauxall station by walk) for a great price for this area but also a chance to meet some great friends at the same time!
