Hi!

I'm renting out my room in this spacious, homely house. The house is in a quiet, friendly close.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, an office at the back of the house, a roof top terrace, separate living room, massive kitchen/dinner, 2 toilets and a basement for storage. The living room is fully kitted out with TV/netflix etc. and the kitchen has everything you'd expect including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a pantry.
The house is also fitted with a burglar alarm system so it's super safe.

The room is a big double room at the top of the property. It has its own staircase up to it and benefits from its own shower room! The bedroom comes with a kingsize bed, triple freestanding wardrobe, built in cupboard, shelves, freestanding book case, built in wardrobe and chest of draws. It has an entire wall of windows which gets the sun all day and looks over the roof terrace. The room is quiet and nicely separated from the rest of the house if you want a bit of zen space.

There is a further bathroom downstairs which the boys share and another toilet off the kitchen.

The roof terrace is South facing and gets sunshine ALL day. It has a table and chairs and a bbq.

It's a fantastic house with 3 other great flatmates who I will be sad to leave. Two of the guys work in central government and the other is an architect. They're super friendly, sociable and considerate. It's a proper laid back, homely vibe.

I'm flexible on moving dates - literally as soon as someone wants it - you can have it.

The landlord/letting agents are great and always fix any issues/respond to queries or requests for extra items.

Excludes bills but inc bills you're looking at £900.
