The flat is located within 15 mins walk of Norwood Junction and 15-20 mins from Crystal Palace station. Also 15 mins walk from the Crystal Palace triangle and amemities, including the new Everyman cinema.

I'm a live in landlord currently looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate to live with. I'm a fairly quiet, friendly guy who works 9-5 during the week and is more likely to head out over the weekend, though my partying days are pretty much over! Basically I'm looking for someone hassle free to live with and if we would happen to get on well that would be great.

The flat includes living room, small dining table and separate kitchen and separated batroom and WC.

The room has a wardrobe and I can add a chest of drawers if needed. Depending if you have one/furniture already.
