I am an easy going and considerate live-in home owner. I work full time & would like to find a female working professional who is also in full time employment. (Preferably not shift work & largely works away from home)

I have previously shared my home with lodgers, hosted foreign students and have also flat shared in the past.

I live in a ground floor period property (own front door/ one flat above). Security alarm is fitted for added safety.

My home is in good repair throughout, modern & spacious. Large kitchen and through lounge & a small back garden. Lots of natural light in the bedroom and conservatory & plenty of storage in the kitchen.

The bedroom measurements are 15ft x 11ft (spacious double). Fully furnished. (For an extra £10 pm cable TV can be activated in the room), otherwise All bills are incl in the rent, incl fortnightly domestic help.

My home is a mere 0. 4 miles to Norwood Junction British Rail & Overground station. (10 min walk). Only 12 minutes into central London. Less than half an hour to Gatwick Airport! One train stop to Crystal Palace (bars and restaurants) & one train stop to West Croydon (shopping).

My home is very central to the high street yet located on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are No parking restrictions!

Main local amenities; Leisure centre, Sainsburys local, Tesco express, South Norwood Lakes & Country Park.

A viewing is highly recommended.
