Fully furnished double room with en-suite in a spacious, modern 17th-floor flat. Big shared living room and dining area with balcony and incredible west-facing views of the river and over London! (Sunsets for days!) We have a widescreen TV and hyper-optic BT broadband that we all use. Lovely kitchen with all the appliances you'd expect and plenty of cupboard space. We also have a washing machine with inbuilt dryer. There is great heating and air conditioning in communal areas AND in the bedroom, although the flat is very well insulated so we don't need it too often.

The flat is very quiet - you rarely hear people/traffic noise from outside. We've also never had any noise complaints and we never hear other residents around us either.

The building is very new and has a 24-hr concierge, several roof terraces, and a gym, pool, sauna/steam room, snooker suite, business lounge and private cinema available FOR FREE for residents! There is an underground car park with spaces to rent too, which can be accessed for free when you're moving in.

The building is located in Zone 2; a five-minute walk from South Quay station (DLR) and a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf (Jubilee line). Also a 10-minute walk from Asda and several little Tescos within a 2-min radius!

You'd be sharing with two 24-year old women, both working in Canary Wharf. We're generally tidy and clean, and pretty chilled-out, so it would be great if you are too! We're really good friends and we spend time together exploring east London and eating good food. We'd love to share with someone who's friendly and open to hanging out with us - you can even join our book club!

We're open to a male or female flatmate. The flat is ideal for anyone working in Canary Wharf or in the City. Pets are not allowed (sadly).

Rent doesn't include bills, which are around £100 per month all-in (Broadband, TV, water, electricity, council tax).
