We are looking for a single occupant to come and join me and my flatmate in our welcoming flat. We both work / attend uni during the week but due to lockdown we are currently doing this from home. We are very sociable, usually having a few drinks and dinner together and like to have friends and family over. We would ideally like somebody who would be the same but also respect everyone's space too.
The flat is a 2 min walk from South Quay station and 5-10 min walk from Canary Wharf station so ideal for those who work locally or need to commute.
Rent is £560 a month - including all bills, there will also need to be a deposit of £560.
Landlord is very nice and friendly.
The room includes; a single bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen and bathroom is shared.
There is a Tesco express right downstairs and an Asda, Waitrose and M&S all about a 10 min walk away.
