The house is furnished and the room will come with a bed, brand new mattress and wardrobe. There is also additional storage space located next to the room.

We took a quick video with a walkthrough which we've added to the advert. It's worth noting that the landlord has agreed to have the whole house repainted - but pesky COVID got in the way.

The rent is £546, and the bills per month normally add up to around £100. This includes Virgin TV & 350MB internet, electricity & gas (100% renewable and carbon offset) and water.

If you're interested in food and drink, the property is only a stones throw away from all of the fabulous bars and restaurants in Canary Wharf. There's everything from cheap bites through to high-end eateries.

We're also a short walk away from some lovely green spaces and river paths, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

Transport wise - we are 5 mins from South Quay DLR and 7/8 minutes from Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee).

⭐⭐ Current Tenants ⭐⭐

Current tenants are myself, Danny, a web developer and Laura who works for the NHS and her dog Hitchens, a two-year-old Beagle.

We've both been in the house for a while and consider it home and are excited to welcome someone else into it.

As far as interests go we enjoy travel, eating out, music, exploring new areas of London and the latest experiences this city has to offer.
