I am seeking somebody to take over the final 10 months of my contract with The Collective Canary Wharf.
I have a Standard En Suite Room available for £1482pcm from 9 July 2022 until 19th May 2023; this is at a discount to the new enquiry rate of £1595pcm and includes all bills, wifi, gym, 20th floor pool and spa along with extensive communal living and Co-working spaces.
For those unfamiliar with The Collective, I’ll be straight to the point; what you give up in personal living space, is very much made up for by the extensive and extremely well appointed shared spaces within the building.
This is enhanced further by a raft of well organised, free social events (yes the beer or coffee is free!).
However, if you prefer to relax, there are two cinema rooms, an internal Golf range, 20th floor pool, spa, sauna and steam room; faculties which I have usually enjoyed after a workout in the fully equipped gym.
The room itself is small but perfectly formed, with a comfortable bed, kitchenette including a hob, fridge and oven. There is a modern bathroom and for those who like a good shower the water pressure is great.
The room has plenty of storage space and is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Also included in the price is cleaning once per fortnight, including bedding changes.
The Collective is a great place to be and I’m only leaving as I have found a bigger place to share nearby.
