Decent room in homely shared house

Bright room in a relaxed communal house.

We're all long standing friends and cook dinner/lunch together occasionally as well as head out together from time to time. We all work from home in the week so keep it super quiet - headset for voice calls etc - if you're someone who likes to pop the radio on at 8am or watch loads of loud telly that might not fit.

Weekends can be lively when we've people over. This could be a relatively civilised dinner party or a more debauched pre/post pub/techno confabulation until the wee hours. Doesn't happen that often and is generally communicated in advance, but it's nice to know the freedom is there.

Current housemates:

Lewis - web developer and musician (who owns headphones)
Pat - spirtual gentle giant who cooks banging veggie lunches
Ben - affable host with the most

Boring house bits:
Utility bills are a flat £100 each p/m.
A cleaner comes once every couple weeks in between which we pitch in to keep the place tidy.
Most food is communal unless otherwise specified - a lot of the pasta/laundry detergent/bog roll/tinned tomatoes etc we buy in bulk.
Comprehensive spice rack.
Pavone espresso machine with complementary high grade beans from a friend in the biz.
Dishwasher, tumble dryer.
Spare room for visiting friends,
The landlord is a dear friend so no stress with deposits etc.
Diluvial shower, two separate toilets.
Projector and speakers in the living room.
Small leafy garden with bbq and firepit.

Would suit a relaxed, hopefully funny, housetrained person looking to make the most out of communal living. Please get in touch if you think that suits.
