Bright & spacious double room in friendly house

We have a recently renovated, bright and spacious room available in our vibrant home and looking for someone to call it their home too.

The room is a good size by London's standards with tall ceilings, plenty of light. It also benefits from a bathroom shared with only 1 other.

The house has ample space between people and neighbours and situated on a quiet street with room facing the back of the house toward the garden.

There is no living room, the kitchen is very big and considered the communal space where people congregate and hang out. The garden is spacious, lovely and well kept year round - with enough space for vegetable and herb growing.

There's a Tesco extra 5 minutes away, plenty of parks and the canal nearby too. It's an incredibly well connected area, we are just 3-4 minutes from Seven Sisters Station. The City and Shoreditch is 25 mins away (4 modes of TfL) and the speedy Victoria Line getting you into the West End in about 20 minutes.

The bills are Gas & Electricity, water, WiFi and tv license (avg. £50/month).

The people that live here:

We're a mixed bunch of personalities between the age of 26 and 34, all mindful and authentic, finding our feet as aspiring professionals (entrepreneur, designer, urban planner, actor/performer) - we're tight but not 'cliquey' tight, more of a loosely tied shoelace. We have our own busy lives and friends but, also spend time together, passing in the night or congregating in the kitchen.

We view the house as our warm and friendly rough-around-the-edges home. It's a safe, clean and friendly space and to keep it that way it takes a little extra effort but we all agree it works and try our best to maintain that happy medium.

As such, it's important to us that we find a kindred spirit who wants to be in a home, not a uni house or typical shared house situation where everyone feels like a stranger. You may be someone who leans towards a more chilled living style when at home who benefits from a house that is (mostly) quiet after 11pm but, you're not a recluse who doesn't ever want to talk to anyone and never goes out. There's a balance and if you know what I mean, you know.
