We are looking for another female to join our household. You should be a non-smoker, speak English and have a job.

The house is homely with a laid back, cosy feel. There is a front & back garden. There are bus links and a tram line right beside the house and South Wimbledon tube is about a 5 minute walk. Lots of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby in Wimbledon village. Large park and playing fields along the road and a retail park 10 minutes walk away.
Rent is £450 per calendar month which includes £50 Council Tax. Deposit is £450.


Amenity bills are paid by the tenants ie gas, water, electric and broadband.
