Hi there, I´m returning to Spain so need to rent my lovely room, the bills are not including as its around 115 pounds per month, you will be sharing the house with two flatmates, one from the UK and the other one from Australia, both professionals who like to spare time together but as well have their own privacy. No animals party, as is not a party house.
