Double room in Wimbledon 4 single/couple 1-4 weeks

I've got a huge double room available in my house until end of Feb when a new housemate moves in.
House is over 3 levels (~140m2). Victorian features, good sized backyard & patio, separate dining room, separate living room, plus kitchen and conservatory.
2 full-sized bathrooms (you would have exclusive use of 1 to yourself).
The available bedroom is the master bedroom and is 15' x 14' .

4 mins walk to Northern line (just 25 mins into Waterloo) and 12-15 min walk to Wimbledon Broadway. Tesco and Sainburys local nearby plus Gym and swimming pool (7 mins walk )

I'm very relaxed (from Oz originally) and don't mind who I live with for 1 month as long as you are respectful. Can be single or couple.
