I have a short term lease opportunity for 1 bedroom in a newly renovated flat in South Wimbledon. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right out the front, if not, we are located within a 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon Tube Station, Northern Line and a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Station, District Line and Overground.

You will be living with one Australian guy, who works in hospitality and a South African couple one whom works as a teacher and the other who works in home removals . Everyone is very socialable enjoying travel, sports and music events. We also appreciate having a clean house and are looking to find someone who shares the same interests as us. You will have access to the common areas of the flat, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We would prefer someone who is looking for a minimum stay of 1 month to a maximum stay of 3 months

The room is £450 per month excluding bills with a deposit of £450.

The official move in date is from 23rd April 2020.
