I’m Tom, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat near Haydons Road Recreation Ground.

The available room is the larger of the two (around 4m x 3m) and will be available from 11 August 2026 (although earlier move-in date is possible).

The room comes fully furnished with:

* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Desk
* Small cupboard

The flat itself includes a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and a garden (we have a lawn mower!).

A little about me: I work in local government, mostly office-based, with one or two days working from home. My hobbies include music (I play piano and organ), running, and reading history. I’m looking for a young professional who values a clean and tidy space, enjoys a good chat, and has interesting hobbies.

Rent: £900 per month (excluding bills). Bills - covering water, gas, electricity, council tax, and broadband - shouldn’t exceed £200 a month initially.
