We are a house of young (ish) professionals looking for someone to join our household. Not suitable for couples unfortunately. We are looking for those in the age range of 28-40 in full time employment.

We are a friendly bunch, not looking for party animals but we like good conversation and dont hide away in our rooms all day either.

The house -

5 double rooms over 3 levels
Communal Living Room
2 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 showers, 2 toilets)
Decent garden that has seen a bbq or two in summer
Small but functional kitchen

Top floor, with small juliet balcony
Comes with bed, wardrobe and desk or you can bring your own if you prefer

The house is 3 minutes walk from South Wimbledon Tube station (northern line) and 10-15 minutes walk from Wimbledon (district + circle, tram and overground) so is amazingly well connected to london transport (and we have the night tube!!!) It is fully furnished so no need for your own furniture.

Rent is £650 per calendar month and this includes all bills, WIFI and a cleaner for communal areas every week - for the size of the rooms and the location this is a bargain!!!

Deposit is 1 months rent in advance so move in cost would be £1300 - we rent directly from the landlord so no reference or rip off agent fees! 6 month contract initially and rolling contract afterwards.
