I am a live-in owner renting out from Monday - Friday a south-facing double bedroom on the top floor flat of a period conversion from November 2019.
Excellent location on a quiet road but also very accessible to Wimbledon's shops and amenities (10 mins walk).
South Wimbledon tube station - 7 mins walk, Wimbledon tube and mainline station - 15 mins walk.
Both the bedroom itself and most of the rest of the flat has been refurbished.
All bills included (including fibre-optic broadband) as well as a cleaner.
There are four drawers under the bed and you are also welcome to use the wardrobe and chest of drawers to store things over the weekend.
No living room but a kitchen with a table and TV.
No couples, pets or smokers please. Would suit a young professional like myself. Happy for you to return on Sunday eves if it makes things easier too.
