Our flat is situated within 5 minutes walking distance from South Wimbledon tube station(20 min on a train to Central London). There are 93, 470, N155 bus, and Croydon-Wimbledon tram link stops a few steps away from our doorstep. Both will take you to Wimbledon Centre in a few minutes..
We are all professionals who work hard during the week and enjoy some well-deserved relax time on the weekend. We are aged 26-35 and are looking for a person within/about this age range. Someone friendly, clean and considerate.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
About rent and bills:
The new person moving in would pay £480 monthly rent + deposit(refundable). Rent is payable on the 10th of each month. Bills are not included(£70/month)
