The room has a very spacious built-in wardrobe with shelf and ample room for bags & shoes, comfortable mattress, white double bed frame, matching bedside table & chest of drawers included.

The flat is on the first floor and is fully furnished with: smart TV Virgin high-speed broadband & TV channels, Netflix, iPlayer etc., washing machine, dishwasher, a spacious shared living room with large sofa and a sunny balcony with plants and everything. The kitchen & bathroom were both recently installed and the lounge was just redecorated, so it feels nice and modern.

The shared living room is great if you're feeling sociable (or if you love trash TV like Love Island as much as I do). I'm up for a chat and eating dinner together, but I also appreciate my own space from time to time, so occasionally spend an evening in my own room.

It's about 7mins walk to South Woodford station (depending on how long your legs are - I can do it in 5!)

On the central line, so it's pretty quick to get most anywhere in the city. Plus we're not far from A12/M11/M25 if you drive (there is permit parking available). Bus stops and cute local high streets on your doorstep.

The flat is next door to Roding Valley Park - perfect for running/walking/picnic-ing. It's really great to have the best of both worlds: being a 20min tube ride to central and yet just far away enough from the big smoke to have a lot of green space right outside.

I'm seeking a friendly, female flatmate for girlie chats, bad TV and good wine!

It would be great to live with another professional as I work mon-fri. Post-grad/mature students considered too.

This is my own flat, so I take a lot of pride in keeping it presentable. Don't worry, I'm not talking about a cleaning rota, just someone who will pull their weight with the hoovering and dusting when the cleaner isn't here would be ideal.

I'd be looking for someone to pay £780, all bills and professional cleaner (once a fortnight in communal areas) included.
