Looking for a warm and friendly housemate

Nicholas and Mark are looking for a sociable relaxed flatmate to join our modern home in South Woodford. Move in date is 15th July. Rent is £600pcm (paid on the 15th of each month) and bills come to approx £100pcm and Deposit is £700.

THE FLAT:

The flat is a new build and has three double bedrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite so you’d only be sharing the bathroom with one other. The bedroom itself is spacious with two bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe with two draws inside it and comes with a double bed and mattress with a balcony. The kitchen/living area is very spacious and open plan, with a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

THE AREA:

Welcome to suburbia where you can live in a lovely modern flat for £700pcm. We are a 1-minute walk to South Woodford station which is on the Central Line. The tube takes 10 mins to Stratford (which has London Overground, Underground, Jubilee and TFL rail and bus links into and out of the city), and only 16 mins to Liverpool Street. Door to door you can be in central London in under 45 mins (yes it looks far away on a map but transport links are great!)

The flat is a short walk away from the high street with a number of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (Sainsbury's, M&S AND Waitrose - what more could you want!) You also have a cinema just up the road and Epping Forest, which is great for walks/runs, is just on your doorstep. Its a very nice part of London that’s a quiet respite from the city centre.

THE MATES:

You’d be sharing with Nick and Mark, they’re 28 and 31. Mark works as a black cab mechanic and Nick works in events & marketing. Like most people in London we’re both pretty busy and like to come home to a relaxed house. We like to do the usual - gym, football, pub, cook, Netflix etc. Ideally we’re looking for someone who’d be happy to socialise in the house and go out for drinks, but whose also happy to have their own space.
