Looking for a clean, tidy and friendly housemate

Hi there,

I have a spacious double bedroom fully furnished with shared shower room (there is also a separate cloak/toilet room) for rent, suitable for someone who is looking for a clean, tidy and quiet home.

The house is a short walking distance away from Epping forest and has access to garden space. There is also a driveway which can fit two cars.

Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose are 15-20mins walking distance away, with a good selection of shops and restaurants in George Lane. There is also easy access to central line via South Woodford station (20mins walking distance).

As for myself, I generally spend most of my time working from home. Outside of work, I enjoy sim racing with friends, gaming, casual piano playing, listening to music, Netflix, cooking, good conversations, investment chats and occasionally have friends around for meals. I do like keeping the home quiet, clean and tidy so will appreciate someone who will treat the home as theirs, as I do take care of things in general.

It will be nice to have someone who shares similar interests as I think that’ll make home sharing more enjoyable.
