SHORT LET 1 bedroom in 2 bed flat with garden

Hello,
I am renting my room while I'm away from the 6th of July until somewhere at the end of the month - can be flexible with return dates. The property is a 2 bedroom ground flat with living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and private garden. Residential parking on the street but can help with some visitor permit coupons.
The flat is located 5 minutes away from South Woodford Underground station where you can get the Central line and be at Stratford in 10 minutes or Liverpool Street in 20.
In the area on George Lane there is a big Sainsburys and everything else that you might need like Waitrose, M&S, Boots, international shop, Greggs, Gail's, Barclays, Odeon, Nando's, charity shops and so on. Opposite direction 10 minutes away is a Tesco Superstore.
My housemate is a very chill and quiet person, mostly out during the day busy with work and in the evening they like to watch TV in the living room, cook dinner or practice on their DJ controller. MUST BE QUEER FRIENDLY.
The price is £25 per night with everything included for a shorter stay, or £20/night for the whole period.
