Two very friendly cats live here too. Really helps if you like cats.
South Woodford is a good area, very safe at night. Has excellent local shops (Waitrose, Co-Op, M&S, Sainsburys, Tesco, fab cafes, rummaging charity shops, 8 screen cinema and range of bars). All of this is just a short walk away. Very close to night bus stop (and tube) for N55 - so getting back from Central London/Shoreditch is easy 24 hrs. Station 5 minutes away, bus stops round corner.
Live in landlord is a self-employed events manager, occasional actor, musician an award-winning comedian/tutor. We are age 52 the other lodger 54 male.
We respect each other's security, space, food and sleeping time and would expect the same from anyone joining us.
No smoking in the house - garden for smoking/guests.
We keep the kitchen clean and expect anyone to clean up after themselves.
