The bedroom is available from 23rd of Novemberin a lovely house-share half way between Southfields and Putney. It takes about 10-15 min to walk to either station which makes it a perfect place for commuting. There is also bus stop 1 min away with links to Richmond, Toothing and Clapham Junction. Free off-street parking is available on the street.

Currently there is one person leaving in the house and a few due to move out.

The house has a modern kitchen with breakfast bar ,shared kitchen diner and boiler is combi brand new. The property has two bathrooms and toilets. There is a cleaner that comes once every two weeks and deep cleans all common areas.(inc in the price )

The room is a must see - bright, warm and spacious. It overlooks the front garden .The furniture in the room includes 2 bed side cabinets ( currently in the lounge as the tenant has too much personal belonging) ,large double divan bed with drawers and a double wardrobe.
