**Monday To Friday** Double Room Southfields

HI all,

I have a 2 bedroom flat which as you can see from the images is decorated to a good standard. It is a spacious flat and is kept very clean and tidy, pretty much exactly as the images are presented.

The flat is located on the Wimbledon Park road estate which is less than 4 minutes walk to Southfields tube station, so incredibly convenient for travel, but also shopping, coffee shops, dining and other amenities.
The space:

Lounge/Dining - there is a rather large spacious lounge and dining area with L-shaped corner couch (incredibly comfy), desk, large dining room table and big/smart flat screen TV with Netflix and all the rest. There is a small ‘balcony’ just off the lounge, but is on ground floor.

Kitchen – loads of storage space, I have recently invested in quite a few new items of crockery/pots/pans/microwave etc.

Bathroom – bath and a pretty good shower, as well as large sink and towel radiator.

The Room: is a spacious double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is loads of other storage space within the flat for other bulkier items. There are currently no images of the room advertised as it is currently undergoing some maintenance so not ready.

About me: I am a 33-year-old South African male, have been living in London for 14 years so am more of a Londoner I would think. I am a chatty person who loves cooking and socialising, but also appreciate my own space. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, honestly the way the images portray the flat is how it always looks, there was no prep work done for the ad. I run my own business which entails a lot of travel, so for a Monday to Friday tenant, you'll have the place to yourself for most of the time.

I would be looking for someone similar, especially with regard to cleanliness. I am not fussy with regards to age, gender etc. Just looking for someone respectful and clean.
