For a single person, £850. The deposit is £850.
For couple, £1000 pcm. The deposit is £1000.
Short stay is welcome.

All bills, cleaning products, weekly cleaner are INCLUDED.

*Weekly cleaning: a weekly cleaner will come and clean all communal areas.
*10 minutes walk to Southfields underground station, zone 3.
* All bills are included, such as gas, electricity, water, super speedy Fibre Home broadband (Community Fibre Company), council tax, TV license.
*This 4-bedroom flat has 24-hour hot water.
*NO living room or dining room to share.
* The double room has a double bed with mattress, a desk, a chair, a big built-in wardrobe, curtains and a light cover, a mirror, door LOCK and key for security.
* Bathroom includes shower, a basin and toilet.
* A laundry room with a basin and a Bosch tumble dryer.
* kitchen has a Bosch cooker, a cooker fan, a Bosch wash machine, a microwave, an Bosch oven, a big tall Samsung fridge, a Bosch kettle and a toaster. The flat has nearly everything that you would need.

Underground: District Line zone 3
Train: Putney, Wimbledon station.

I'm looking for clean, easy going and kind person to move in. There are other 2 friendly ladies living in the flat currently. No pets allowed. No smoking and alcoholic. No DSS and No Benefits.
