Our 4 bedroom house is located in the heart of Southfields. We have a large kitchen, open living and dining area, 1 small spare room for a family/friend visit, loft storage, outside shed and a large back garden - great for summer BBQ-'s / braais. All of us are professionals with Monday - Friday jobs and treat this house as a ‘home’.

Your bright double room is located on the top floor and comes fully furnished - you won’t be short of storage space.

You have the option of a full bathroom including a toilet and bath/shower, as well as, a shower room with an additional toilet downstairs.

The room is £750pcm + £80pcm for bills*. To move into the room you will need a deposit of six weeks rent (£975.00) , as well as, the agency fee of (£360) which our current housemate is more than happy to split with you.
