Short Let - Double Room £190 pw incl ALL Bills

Hello everyone,

I have a double bedroom available right now for a short period of time to rent out. The house is located in Southfields, SW18. There are two toilets to share, one of them contains a shower room. A family of us, 2 adults and 2 children will be living in here too.

* Renting Fees:
For a single person: £190 per week.
For a couple: £290 per week.
*Deposit: 2 Weeks.
* Min stay: 1 week.
* Max stay: until early February, m
* Bills: All bills are included, such as gas, electricity, water, Fibre wireless internet, council tax, TV license, cleaning products.
* NO living room or NO dining room to share. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE!!!
* The room contains a door LOCK and keys.
* kitchen appliances contain a cooker, a cooker fan, a wash machine, a microwave, an oven, 2 big tall fridges, a kettle and a toaster. The flat has nearly everything that you would need.
* Bus 39, 493, 170, 87, N87, 156
* Underground: District Line zone 3 Southfields station. District Line Zone 2 East Putney Station
* Train: Putney station. Wimbledon station. Earlsfield Station. Wandsworth Town Station.
* M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury's, caffe Nero, Gail’s, some pubs and restaurants are all outside the Southfields tube station.

I'm looking for clean, easy going, reliable and also NON SMOKING people to move in. No pets allowed. No alcoholic. No friends allowed over the night, day time is fine.
