It is located on the ground floor in a block of 3 flats, only 200yards from Southfields station. (Here you have a pub, some restaurants open for takeaways, and other local amenities.)

Southfields station:

District line takes you into the city in 20/30mins depending on where you need to get to.
Clapham Junction is 20mins on the bus
Earlsfield is 20min walk
Wimbledon Main Station: is 6mins on the tube
Richmond park is 20mins on the bus.

It is also very close to Wimbledon Park (less than10mins walk) and the famous Wimbledon tennis location.

Rent is £721.00 PCM paid directly to landlord

Bills are currently paid by me and are approx. £90PCM.

There is a large kitchen lounge area which has all the equipment needed to cook anything your like.
