You’ll be sharing the flat with an Italo-Argentinian girl and the two english guys. One room has en-suite bathroom so you’ll be sharing the main one just with other two people. The price is a bargain for the area cause it includes all the bills and a weekly cleaner, Southfields is a very quiet area full of green, the flat is just 7/8 minutes walking from the tube station. Also, the mattress and the washing machine are both brand new cause the landlord bought it when I moved in (end of June).
