The bedroom is available from 7th of May in a lovely house-share half way between Southfields and Putney. It takes about 10-15 min to walk to either station which makes it a perfect place for commuting. There is also bus stop 1 min away with links to Richmond, Toothing and Clapham Junction. Free off-street parking is available on the street. The usual price is significantly lower due to lockdown. Theren is an option to replace the double bed with a single with desk to allow working from home

Currently there are 1 guy and 1 couple living in the house. Everyone is professional and very social.

The house is very spacious. Bedrooms are spread over 3 levels and in this crazy times you can have all the personal space you need with secure access to fresh air. The house has a modern kitchen with breakfast bar ,shared kitchen diner and boiler is combi and new. The property has two bathrooms and toilets. There is a cleaner that comes once every two weeks and deep cleans all common areas.(inc in the price )

The room is a must see - bright and warm . It overlooks the front garden .The furniture in the room includes 1 bed side cabinets ,small double bed with drawers and a chest -of -drawers. Just outside the room there is a big build-in wardrobe that will be for your personal use only so storage will not be a problem. The main bathroom is big. You will share that with only two more tenants as the 4th bedroom is with en-suite.

The property has a lovely secluded back garden which is not overlooked and is perfect for sunbathing and BBQs in the summer . Also ,there is secure front garden where you can store a bike .
Housemates are social, professional and any nationality is welcome. I am very easy going and I generally stay out of the way.

The room is available immediately and if you do want to secure the lower rent the landlord is willing to offer a long term fixed contract. Strongly recommend a viewing .We can be flexible and arrange something over face-time of WhatsApp if travel is an issue at the moment.
