Two bright and spacious double bedrooms available in our house in Southfields.

Both rooms have lots of natural light and great space. The bedrooms come unfurnished so any furniture shown will not be included in the room, but do give a good idea of the space available in each. The house has three bedrooms in total, with one downstairs and two upstairs. The two bedrooms available are on the ground floor and first floor at the front of the property.
The price of the property is divided between the tenants, not per room as all rooms have equal space, working on the basis of one person in each bedroom

The house is part of a terrace with a private garden, shared living room/dining room, shared bathroom with bath/shower and a large kitchen with plenty of storage. The living room is furnished and all appliances in the kitchen are included.

The house is on a quiet residential street close to Southfields Station (District, Zone 3), but is also a short bus journey from Wandswoth and Clapham Junction with easy access to central London. Southfields is a short walk away with easy access into central London on the tube, plenty of cafes and supermarkets and pubs.
Bus routes from the end of the road offer access to much of South London with Clapham Junction, Wandsworth and Wimbledon all within 20 minutes of the house. Wimbledon, Wandsworth and Putney have plenty of bars, shops and restaurants so there is no shortage of things to do nearby.
Wimbledon Park and King Georges park are short walks away and offer plenty of outside space.

The price listed is excluding bills but at the moment we usually pay an extra £60 per month for utilities, wifi and council tax making it a total of £675 a month. This price can change depending on utilities etc.

The flatmates would be myself as my current flatmates are looking to move out. The date available is negotiable (01/08 - 01/09) as my flatmates may want to leave earlier so please do enquire.
