G’day,

We are looking for an easy-going person to join our flat, you’d be sharing with an Aussie and one Brit (2 guys).

We’re a very social household, we like to have a drink or meal together after work (don’t mind a cheeky session on the Xbox either). Equally we enjoy our own down time.

The house has three double rooms and two bathrooms with toilet, shower, and bath. The lounge room is massive, great for chilling after a long day. The house also has a separate (and, very spacious) dining room kitchen. Oh, and the lounge, it is literally going to be the most comfortable thing you'll ever sit on.

The house has all the usual mod cons including central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and broadband. Loft storage space available. There space to WFH in the common living areas, if required.

The house is located in the heart of Southfields with great access to local shops.

Transport:
• 1 minute from tube station (Southfields)
• 15-20 minute bus (No. 39, it's the best bus, gets you all the good places) ride to Clapham Junction.
• 10 minute tube ride to Wimbledon (Major National Rail, Tube and Tram station with express services to Waterloo Station).
• 15 minute walk to Earlsfield.
• 15 minute walk to Southside shopping centre.
• 27 minutes on the tube to Westminster.
• Added bonus, we're also only a 5 minute walk from a N bus stop, for when you choose that last drink over an Uber.

The boring bits:

*Rent for the room is £640 with £90 for bills (averaged out over the year). The amount covers all the bills and shared cleaning products and toilet paper. We pay this monthly with the rent.

*The room is partially furnished (bed with storage, chest of drawers and the small shelf behind the door). The current tennant may be interested in selling some of thier furniture.

*The notice period is one month, and we require a deposit of £555.

*Available evening weekdays and weekends for viewings from 4th of January, message us to organise a time.

*Room hobbits or couples need not apply.
