Amazing Double Room in Friendly Southfields House.

I'm having to leave this wonderful house after a change in job circumstance.

About the House:
You'll be sharing with Johnnie, Owen and Maria. The house is a huge typical London terraced house. It has 2 bathrooms in which you'd be sharing with Maria on the top floor. It has a lovely deep bath with a great view over the roof tops of Southfields as well as an excellent shower. The front room and kitchen are HUGE, the biggest i've ever lived in during my time in London. It even has its own wine fridge - fancy! Johnnie and Maria are currently WFH but there's plenty of room and space to avoid each over during working hours if you're also in this situation. The terrace out back has been a godsend during the pandemic - a real suntrap and you'll often find the two boys in the house doing a workout on a morning in that space.

There are no bills included, however we usually have one person look after a bill or 2 each. This also includes a cleaner twice a month.

THE ROOM: Albeit smaller than the other rooms in the house, it has done brilliant for me. It has a set of four drawers and a built-in wardrobe and bookcase either side of the bed. It may suit someone with a minimilist outlook considering the space but if you can make it work - go for it! the window looks out on to the back of the other terraces and it very peaceful. A black out blind i fitted helps make this a real quiet room if thats what you need.
